1st Cutting IPA 7% ABV 70 IBU

Farmer’s Mosaic IPA – 6.2% ABV 60 IBU

A golden colored IPA that showcases the Mosaic hop. This IPA’s flavor profile is very different from our 1st Cutting IPA. The Mosaic hop imparts an enjoyable tropical fruit aroma that’s very distinct. Hops: Mosaic

Humble Dunkleweizen 4.8% ABV 18 IBU

What’s a Dunkelweizen?!?!? Besides being fun to say, it’s very flavorful light beer style from Germany with banana and clove aromas. Think of an Amber ale and Hefeweizen mixed together.  Hops: Magnum, Willamette

Valley Summer Ale 5% ABV 20 IBU

Valley Summer Ale is a light refreshing ale, with a golden color and subtle notes of lemon zest. It’s brewed with 2-row barley, Flaked Maize, and Magnum hops. Perfect to enjoy on a hot afternoon after a long day of work. Hops: Magnum

Humble Pale Ale 5.3% ABV 45 IBU

Pale Ales are the heart of most breweries. These beers are well balanced and provide the base recipe for many other beer varieties. Hop aroma is floral/earthy due to the use of mild German varieties. --- Hops: Magnum, Cascade, Miscellaneous

Highline Stout 5% ABV 25 IBU

This full-bodied beer showcases a blend of highly roasted malts, and mild hop varieties. The most common responses we get in the taproom is “I don’t usually like stouts, but love this one.” And “I can’t believe how smooth it is.” It’s the darkest beer in our line-up, and pours very well on nitro. --- Hops: Magnum, Willamette

Plowed Pilsner – 5.25% ABV 50 IBU

SEASONAL – We lager our pilsner for 2 months, giving it a nice refreshing crispness characteristic of the style. Late additions of hops from New Zealand add a subtle grape flavor, setting it apart from most other pilsners. – Hops: Hallertau

Mata Burros Barleywine – 9.4% ABV 102 IBU

SEASONAL – Strong enough to kill a donkey! A heavy but well-balanced beer with Maple/Fig flavors, and a warming finish due to the ABV. (No donkeys were harmed in the making of this beer.) Hops: Miscellaneous

Humble Red Ale 5.6% ABV 28 IBU

This is a deep red colored ale that’s similar to our Amber, but with a softer malty flavor. Honey malt additions give the beer a slightly sweet taste and help give a full bodied mouthfeel. One of the best sellers in our taproom. Hops: Magnum, Willamette

80 Acre Carrot Ale 6.2% ABV 25 IBU

Great American Beer Fest Silver Medalist 2017 This deep orange colored beer is dripping with flavors stemming from fresh carrots, raisins, and spices which are added to the boil during production. 80 Acre Carrot Ale’s taste is closer to carrot cake than actual carrots. Most people are quick to notice the aroma, which resembles cinnamon and nutmeg.  Hops: Magnum, Willamette

Tiger Pride Double IPA – 8% ABV 77 IBU

A strong red IPA brewed to celebrate the opening of our restaurant and taproom in Imperial. The beer is bursting with tropical hop aromas, most notably pineapple, and the dark red color is derived from caramelized barley. Hops: Magnum, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic

Viking Pride Doppelbock – 8.5% ABV -  Brewed with roasted and caramelized malts, lightly hopped, and lagered to create a strong but smooth traditional beer.

Brewing Process

  • Water Profiles: Balancing sulfates, chlorides, calcium, and pH.

  • Mashing: Converting starches to fermentable sugars; temperature controls amino acids.

  • The Boil: Coagulating proteins for clarity and sanitation.

  • Fermentation: Transforming sugars into alcohol and CO2.

  • Filtration & Carbonation: Perfecting flavor through temperature and pressure.

It's a simple process, but one that's filled with care and attention to detail—just like everything we do around here.

It all starts with some humble grains, like barley. We take these grains and give them a little grind, turning them into a fine powder. Then, we mix that powder with warm water, kind of like making a cozy cup of tea. As the grains soak in the water, they release their natural sweetness, creating a special liquid called wort. This is the base of our beer, and it’s where the magic begins.process, one that’s been happening for centuries, and we let it take the time it needs to get just right.

Once the yeast has done its job, we give the beer a little time to settle and mature. This is where all those flavors really come together. Finally, the beer is ready to be poured into bottles, cans, or kegs, waiting for you to enjoy.

And there you have it—nothing too fancy, just good ingredients, a bit of know-how, and a lot of care. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel; we’re just making beer the way it’s meant to be made, with patience and respect for the craft. Whether you’re new to craft beer or just starting to explore, we hope you’ll find something here at Humble Farmer Brewery that you enjoy. Cheers!
